Fractal Architect is built around the idea that a Fractal File should hold a collection of individual Keyframes.
An open file shows itself as a whole collection of fractals, not just one fractal.
The iPhone can only show 1 view at a time. It has no support for Split views or Multiple windows.
Here we see the entire collection of fractal keyframes.
The thumbnails are resizeable using the slider.
Tappiing on one of the thumbnails, opens the Preview view for that fractal.
From here you can:
iPads have full support for Split views.
Here you see the Keyframes on the left and the current fractal Preview view on the right.
Of course the Split view can be easily hidden.
iPads now support multiple windows.
Here we see 2 different files open at the same time.
One nice thing when showing two files' keyframes is that you Drag & Drop keyframes from one file to another.
You can also rerrange the order of keyframes usig the same Drag & Drop techniques.
Depending on which iPad model you have, you might find the Landscape iPad orientation works better with multiple windows.
